We are considered experts in the platting of property having prepared and recorded Record Plats resulting in over 13,000 units of residential and commercial units subdivided.

Using state of the art technology we provide services from the initial due diligence and site feasibility surveys through the engineering design surveys necessary for the site/civil engineering process, successful subdivision of property through the Record Platting or Lot Split process culminating with the as-built surveys required for the engineering certification and Certificate of Occupancy.
